You can't really predict what each new season of musical offerings will be. Just to name a few: traditional, pop, rock, folk, blues, jazz and many international ensembles. The cost is very modest, considering the quality of the performers. It's noteworthy that this entire year-long enterprise is comprised of a core of volunteers!

Come celebrate historic tradition on board the oldest surviving oyster fishing schooner. Schooner Isaac H. Evans is a true testament to the history of America’s working waterfront.
Opening again in June 28, 2024 through Labor Day 2024. Hours 10:00- 4:00 p.m. The Boothbay Sea and Science Center also exhibits a variety of sport-fish species that are of major interest to anglers. At center stage, sharks and skates circle the tank waiting to be patted by those who dare. One of our favorites and the special attraction is the 20-foot-long touch tank that houses a multitude of invertebrates.

July 2024 The North Atlantic Blues Festival is an annual two-day blues music festival featuring national blues performers and considered one of the most prestigious on the East Coast. The festival is held at the Public Landing in Rockland, Maine, overlooking the picturesque Rockland Harbor. Some of the top names in blues music have been featured at this prestigious East Coast festival. In addition to all day live entertainment, the festival has vendors selling a wide array of food, drinks and crafts. Saturday evening Main Street is closed to traffic for the NABF Club Crawl.

Barrett Park is a public park on Lobster Cove Road in Boothbay Harbor. One of our many treasures in the Boothbay Region. This beautiful park offers picnic tables and swimming for all. Jump off Cyclops Rock into the icy waters or race out to Mermaid Rock and back. Sea glass, plein-air artists, volleyball, yoga classes, fishing so much to do in a beautiful setting.

This lovely little gem is a Seasonal Dinner Theater in Boothbay Harbor, Maine. Where they celebrate the singers and songs of the Great American Songbook from the 1940's-1970's in our original comedy revues. Two Maine Events - June 2025, one great weekend! Lobster Bite competition. Experience a taste of Maine's heritage and support our local lobster industry in a a stunning seaside setting at the Shipyard in Boothbay Harbor. Foodies and seafood lovers. Come watch local chefs compete for the best lobster bite and vote for your favorite to win the People's Choice Award.

Annually, in July, BRGC offers our community an enjoyable opportunity to tour Boothbay peninsula homes and gardens that showcase the creative ways that homeowners are meeting the unique gardening challenges of our rugged coastal environment. The Home and Garden tour is a highlight of the summer season in the Boothbay Harbor area and a great way to gain an insider’s view of the natural beauty that surrounds us.

The Maine Lobster Festival is five days of fun and feasting on the fabulous coast of Maine! This annual seafood festival takes place during the first weekend of August, from Wednesday through Sunday.
What started as an idea for a local marine festival to revive Midcoast Maine communities has turned into an internationally recognized celebration of local seafood. The Maine Lobster Festival attracts visitors from as near as our local communities to those from countries around the globe.
